While we are deeply disappointed not to realize the festival, we’re pleased to share that all participating artists and projects can still be experienced in Berlin, albeit not in the form initially planned.
As a special feature of this 10th edition, we made the decision back in January that our work-stays will touch down in Berlin for the first time ever. These work-stays, which culminate in special events and pop-up exhibitions, will now provide the opportunity to experience each of the works separately. The work-stay events are hosted in collaboration with partnering institutions across Berlin and take place from December through February.
Freo Majer, Forecast’s Artistic Director said: “Forecast will continue. We are grateful for the continued support of our artists, partners, and audiences, and look forward to welcoming you to these upcoming events with our mentors and mentees in Berlin this winter.”
